We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case vou’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
EASY RETURN
YOU HAVE 3 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO REQUEST A RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE.
- 1 KSA CUSTOMERS: DOOR TO-DOOR PICKUP SERVICE, DROP OFF, AND SELF SENDING ARE AVAIBLE.
- 2 OTHER COUNTRIES’ CUSTOMERS: Currently only self-sending is available, you can contact NJ STAR Customer Service for help, then choose logistics company as you like at your own cost.
Return multiple items from different orders in the same package
- If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST.
Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package. - please ensure that all items you wish to return are fully applied at once
Shipping fees for returns
- The return and exchange policy depends on the country first and on the size or number of return items. The return value increases if the return request is in a country far from Saudi Arabia.
- The return policy within the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is considered free of charge for NJ STAR Company. If the return request is outside the city of Jeddah, the customer must bear the shipping cost, noting that the NJ STAR company does not take any direct return fees from the customer. The amount paid by the customer is only for the shipping company that is chosen by the customer.
- The exchange policy within the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia differs slightly from the return policy, as the customer bears the shipping costs to and from NJ Star Company, noting that NJ Star Company allows the customer to choose the shipping company.
